Intoxicated Driver Facing String of Charges

Sunday afternoon around 4:30, Idaho County Dispatch got a call about an intoxicated driver. Deputies responded and found the vehicle in Kooskia. After speaking with the driver, they learned that he was intoxicated, so he was arrested. 29 year old James Dotson of Kooskia, now faces felony charges including driving under the influence; injury to a child, and five counts of contempt of court for operating a motor vehicle with alcohol in his system, failure to commit no future misdemeanors or felonies, refusal of evidentiary testing per his probation officer, and failure to install ignition interlock device.
