On Wednesday, 21 year old Wyatt Roetcisoender of Lewiston turned himself in to the Nez Perce County Detention Center on a warrant related to a shooting that took place last August in Nez Perce County. Roetcisoender was charged with Aggravated battery in connection with that incident that happened on August 6, 2022. Then, shortly after he turned himself in for that incident, he was arrested again by Nez Perce County Detectives… this time for 4 counts of Rape stemming from several incidents occurring in March of this year, and involving a 16 year old victim. Roetcisoender is now being held in the Nez Perce County Adult Detention center, where is facing charges including violation of release conditions without bond and 4 counts of Rape.
