An Asotin County Deputy has been placed on administrative leave. Michael Babino is facing 2 Counts Of 4th-Degree Assault that are alleged to have occurred during an arrest back on June 18th. Deputy Babino was officially place on administrative leave on November 2nd, and his first court appearance will be on November 16th at 1:30 p.m.
