Man Released on Bail After Investigators Say No Intent to Harm

In Grant County District Court, Jonathan Moody was arraigned on one count of possession of a dangerous weapon and one count of unlawful carrying or handling of a weapon. He pleaded not guilty, and his bail was set at $10,000. Moody was then released after posting bail. His next court date is scheduled for September 8th. Detectives who interviewed Moody say they no longer feel that it was his intent to cause a mass shooting, but they also say the concertgoers did the right thing by reporting suspicious activity that led to Moody’s arrest.
