14 year old Chloe Marks will face trial beginning on December 5th over charges stemming from an incident that took place back in February. Marks was arraigned Thursday on one charge of attempted first-degree murder at the Nez Perce County Courthouse. She will be tried as an adult, and could face up to 15 years in prison. Marks is charged with attempted murder in connection with the shooting of George Hamblin.
