Latah County Court Magistrate Judge Megan Marshall has now made some amendments to the the non-dissemination order that was previously issued in the Kohberger case to now include attorneys who are representing a witness, victim or victim’s family. The order previously included prosecutors, defense attorneys, investigators and law enforcement personnel.
