A man from here in Idaho was arrested on charges including sexual exploitation of a child following a lengthy investigation conducted by investigators with the Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. 55 year old Douglas Tonning was jailed after being accused of having possession on sexually exploitative material.
