Crash Injures Two From Clarkston

2 people from Clarkston were rushed to the hospital after a 3-vehicle crash on US 95 in Canyon County on Tuesday. Police say a Chevrolet Silverado was eastbound on US20/26 toward US95, as a Toyota Venza was headed southbound on US95. The Chevrolet failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection and slammed into the Toyota, which upon impact, crossed into the northbound lane of US95 and then hit a Hyundai Sonata, which was northbound on US95. The driver of the Chevy, a 37-year-old man with a 27-year-old male passenger, both from Oregon, were taken to the hospital. The driver of the Toyota was a 79-year-old man and there was a 78-year-old female passenger, both from Clarkston. They too were taken to the hospital for treatment. The Hyundai was driven by a 45-year-old woman from Idaho who was also taken to the hospital. The crash remains under investigation. There has been no updates on the conditions of any of those injured.
