Firefighters in Lewiston answered a call about a structure fire at 119 North Garden Court, and when crews arrived, they were greeted by smoke coming from all sides of the house. Fortunately, the fire was knocked down in about 5 minutes, but firefighters remained on the scene for an additional hour to check for any sparks. Fire investigators are now trying to determine the cause of the fire which reportedly caused about $50,000 in structural damage and loss of contents. Nobody was hurt.
