You can pick your own pumpkin over the next couple of weekends at the WSU Eggert Family Organic Farm . Just visit the farm from 3 to 6pm on Friday, September 30, or from 10 to 4 on Saturday, October 1. The farm will be open on the same schedule the following weekend, October 7 and 8. All sale proceeds go back into the farm, which provides WSU students a place for hands-on learning of organic farming practices. The farm stand will also be open during the U-Pick times with a wide selection of fall crops. They are located on Animal Science Rd., directly behind the WSU Bear Research, Education, and Conservation Center.
