Flames broke out Sunday morning in Lapwai and the local volunteer fire department jumped into action. The first call came in Sunday morning around 10 from a home on 2nd Street. Crews arrived to find an electrical fire, and they remained on the scene for about an hour and a half. There was reportedly minimal damage to the house, and nobody was hurt.
